What is MOSQUITO RINGTONE?

Once I questioned myself about mosquito ringtones.

First explanation: to get mosquito ringtone is to download ultrasonic ringtone.
Second explanation: I know mosquito, as an insect and ringtone, as a melody or mp3, midi wmv sound. Mosquito ringtone is none of these things.
It's not a melody, it's very awful sound. But the advantage of mosquito ringtone is that it can be used, and even is used.
during school classes, university/college lectures, business meetings or other arrangements, when you don't want someone to hear you mobile phone ringing.
